At “get there” we are the people that are passionate about what we do, committed to deadlines, quality workmanship and excellent service.
 
GIRLS & GUYS – We are a group of individuals equally enthusiastic and committed to ensure that we as a team have the same enthusiasm, the same commitment and the same respect for deadlines, quality workmanship and outstanding customer service always ensuring that your needs and requirements are our first priority.  We also love what we do, we have fun working on our projects, this coupled with our great sense of humour and our bright pink uniform ensures that we stand above the rest (yes even the guys wear pink). 
 
EXPERIENCE & ENTHUSIASM – Our team is filled with people who have worked within this industry for a long time.  We have a combination of highly talented and skilled people that have worked in all industry sectors.  Our combined experience ranges from Events Co-ordinators, Property Developers & Estate Agents, Carpenters, Electricians, Tilers, Sales Executives, Set Designers, Make Up Artists, Project Managers, Hoteliers, Photographers, Trainers and Leaders.  Then to complete the picture we have thrown in a couple of Interior Designers, Space Analysts and Architectural Designers.  These are the ones that pretend they know what they’re doing.  Each person in this team has the ability to visualise, be creative and to understand a clients requirements.  Fundamentally the core to any trade is ensuring that your client experiences 100% satisfaction. 
 
TIME – We understand the value and importance of time.  We understand that your time is money therefore we are serious about time, we are serious about Project Schedules and we are committed to deadlines.  Our reputation is built on achieving impossible deadlines in a very short space of time.  We will work 24/7 to ensure that we are finished on time.  Where necessary we will work at night so as not affect your daily productivity.  With our enhancement skills, expertise in turn key project management and our passion for deadlines we will ensure that with our help you will get there and you will get there on time.  We are committed to ensuring that you have the conditions to produce the results and to ensure your continuous success.  We execute all our projects with committed partners and alliances and ensure that we manage the entire process for you affording you the ability to focus on your strengths and the tasks that you enjoy.
 
TEAM – Team leadership.  The get there team is led by Sandi Dekker, a qualified Interior Designer, Architectural Designer and Project Manager.  She has been a practising consultant for 18 years.  Her speciality is Corporate Work and the Leisure Industry but her expertise extends to the domestic environment.  She believes her ability to manage impossible deadlines, to multi task and to manage a last minute crisis comes from her constant training as a wife and a mother to 4 children & 2 puppies.  It is this grounding that enables her to understand the basic principles and practicalities of real life, comfort and ease.  She believes that her success is a direct result of the wonderful people that she works with, a team of dedicated people that give 100% and believe that any job is everybody’s job.   This coupled with her simple philosophy that emphasises that there is no tomorrow only here and now and never put off till tomorrow what you can complete today.
