Best Wind Direction - EAST, SOUTH EAST, SOUTH
Mossel Bay is situated in a large bay and when the Easterly blows it can be a good spot! It's onshore and there are many beaches that you can choose to kitesurf. Kitesurfing here is still a very new thing so be aware of your stuff and that you'll probably have an audience. Dont show off to much, it's a bay filled with great whites. The boating operators do the shark cage diving in this area. Great surf break on the piont, but be beware of rocks if your kiteing it. Clean, long beaches with azure blue-green water is the summer thing. On the westerlies it's limited and you have to travel up the coast to Great Brak river and Sedgefield on route to Knysna.
